Pantry Makeover...Part 3!

 Did you know there was going to be a part three to this makeover? 

After I finished organizing and redoing the doors, I wanted a farmer's market sign to hang over the pantry in the kitchen. I finally made it to this project on the list over the weekend. 

Here it is!

 

 

I used a single wood plank, painted it gray, waxed a few spots with a candle to prevent the top coat from adhering there, then top-coated with cream. I sanded over it all by hand to distress it then free-handed the words in black. I knotted three strands of jute to make the hanging rope.

This makeover is officially DONE!
